GE Series Economy Crusher
GE series crusher is economical. This series can provide different rotor designs. The rotor width covers 500mm to 1400mm. The rotor adopts high-efficiency double-scissor cutting technology. The welded cavity of the entire steel structure is combined with the V-shaped rotor to ensure stable machine operation and reliable performance. The compact body design facilitates cavity maintenance, quick cleaning and replacement of rotary knives, fixed knives and screens.
GE series economical crusher is suitable for on-line recycling of plastic production lines. It has special cutting technology to recover various small hollow materials, including injection mold parts, blow mold parts, profiles, sheets, films and other materials. The recycled flakes are uniform.

GF Series Crusher for Film and Bottle
GF series crusher is a high output and low energy consumption crusher specially designed for film, small hollow bottles and PET bottles. According to the characteristics of different material forms, this crusher is equipped with a variety of rotor models for choosing, the rotor diameter covers from 500-800mm, the minimum rotor width is 700mm, and the maximum is 1600mm. A targeted rotor structure can be designed to achieve the best crushing effect. The special welding process is used to integrally weld the steel structure, which can meet the demanding requirements and materials which are not easily broken. It also with large rotor bearings, tool holders and rotors. Standard V-shaped cutting technology is beneficial to improve cutting recycling efficiency and reduce dust content in recycled materials. The deflection wedge, a detachable attachment with a third knife, meets different crushing needs through simple disassembly. Other standard equipment includes an easy removing anti-wear plate in the crushing chamber and an external bearing to reduce the risk of contaminants entering the crushing chamber.
The output is relatively 20% - 40% higher than ordinary crushers. This machine has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, reliability and excellent cost performance.

GH Heavy-duty crusher
GH heavy-duty crushers are designed for size reduction of tough materials and to meet high grinding requirements with overall steel welded structure. GH crushers have a solid crushing cavity and are equipped with a variety of rotors. Rotor diameter cover from 700mm to 1100m, while rotor length ranges from 700mm to 2400mm. GH crusher has large rotor bearings and "V" shaped rotor, which improves cutting efficiency and reduces dust in the flakes. By adding a dismountable deflection wedge (the third fixed knife), GH crusher is able to granulate more various materials and quickly increase production. Anti-wear plates in the crushing cavity and external bearings help to reduce the risk of contaminants entering the crushing chamber.

GP crusher
GP crushers are designed for grinding long plastic pipes and profiles. Overall heavy-duty steel welded cavity forms a fixed angle with the horizontal feeding hopper. The feeding hopper is almost parallel to the ground, is very convenient for feeding long materials such as small-diameter PVC pipes and profiles. When too much solid waste fed into the crushing chamber, the rotor no longer accepts more material until the material in the crushing chamber has been crushed. So don't worry about the problem of material blocking. GP rotor diameters range: 560mm, 600mm, 700mm, and with rotor length up to 1400mm. "V" shaped rotor helps to improve cutting efficiency and reduce dust in the flakes. Anti-wear plates in the crushing cavity and external bearings help to reduce the risk of contaminants entering the crushing chamber.
GP crusher is especially designed for small-dia pipes and profiles, suitable for 16-450mm PE, PP, PVC pipes, wide door panels and sheets. For big crushing capacity, can be equipped with feeding conveyor, suction fan, storage bin and dust removal system.
