Product Description

GE series is used economically for handling the defects during injection molding, sprue, pipes, profiles, sheets, films and nozzles. Ilt is everlasting and easy to clean with longer service life.
A series of auxiliaries such as blowers,exhausters,conveyors,metal detectors are available upon requests.
Different applications require different rotor types but one aspect is the same on all ACERETECH rotors -the well proven chevron"V"-cut technology It not only reserves the advantages of cross cut technology, but also guarantee the cutting point only at the place where the blades cross instead of the whole blade. lt considerably ensures lower noise,less powder and prolongs the service life, thus saving the energy."V"-cut technology drives the materials towards the centre of the rotor and solves the problems such as stacking materials inside, heat from rubbing and excessive side-wall friction.

Product Application

GE series crusher is particularly suitable for online crushing and recycling of plastic products production lines. It has special cutting technology to recover various small hollow materials, including injection mold parts, blow mold parts, profiles, sheets, films and other materials.
