Screw Loader

Low-speed Friction Washing Machine

For further cleaning and dewatering of the material.
High speed special rotor, built in mild steel stainless screen with 3mm hole size screen surface cleaning device by water spray nozzles. 1 set of water pump for water circulation.

Centrifugal Dryer

Multi purpose unit, will wash the remaining surface contaminants from material and dry the plastic flakes. Subsequently the flakes will be centrifugally dried.

Pipeline Drying And Silo System

Conveyed flakes into storage silo. The final flakes moisture can be controlled within 1%.
