 HS series big sized single shaft shredder
HS series is big sized single shaft shredder with large internal volume. The redesigned hydraulic pusher not only improves the power transmission and pushing speed, but also effectively avoids the occurrence of material blocking and the wear of the internal guide rails. This specially designed device creates about 35% more space in the cutting chamber. This series shredder adopts high-efficiency V type rotor design. The minimum width of the rotor is 1200mm, the maximum width is 2000mm, and the rotation diameter is 560mm. The rotor is driven by an oversized gearbox. The low speed of 85rpm ensures smooth running with high torque. The hydraulic station is tightly integrated with the shredder chamber, which saves space and protects the hydraulic station. It is also easy to replace and maintain. The whole machine is welded by a special welding process, which can greatly improve the stability of the whole machine and can effectively prevent splashing. At the same time, the HS series has all the advantages of other shredders, including the special design of rotor knives and knife holders, external bearings, and convenient and advanced intelligent control systems.

XS series shredder---heavy-duty single-shaft shredder
XS series shredder is a heavy-duty single-shaft shredder equipped with a powerful two-speed swing-type hydraulic pusher. This design can avoid the occurrence of material blocking and reduce the wear of the internal guide rail. This model is welded by a special welding process. The mechanical structure is stronger. The crushing capacity of the single machine is 30-40% higher than that of other brands. It is suitable for recycling various waste materials. The shredder is equipped with diameter 750mm ACERETECH effective V type rotor with width ranging from 1500mm to 3000m. The low speed of 45rpm ensures smooth running with high torque. The hydraulic workstation is tightly integrated with the shredder chamber, which saves space and protects the hydraulic station, and is easy to replace and maintain. XS series heavy-duty single-shaft shredder adopts intelligent PLC control system. The rotor can be surface hardened and wear-resistant according to customer requirements. MS series single-shaft shredder is a model specially developed for recycling companies with large waste plastic disposal capacity This series of single-shaft shredders are equipped with powerful adjustable hydraulic pushers.This design prevents material jams and reduces wear on the internal rails. The shredder is equipped with diameter 450mm ACERETECH effective V type rotor with width ranging from 1000mm to 2000m . The hydraulic workstation is tightly integrated with the shredder chamber, which saves space and protects the hydraulic station, and is easy to replace and maintain. The design of the standard V-type rotor, the equipped cutters, holders as well as the external bearings and hydraulic screen brackets have been recognized by customers and received good feedback. The MS series shredder can further adjust the design according to customers' requirements for waste disposal. Customers can choose cooling systems, rotor surface hardening treatment and other anti-wear devices.

LS series ----single shaft light shredder
LS series single shaft light shredder has been specially designed for waste plastic products with small volume and wall thickness. This series of shredders have a tangential in-feed to eliminate the need for a hydraulic feeding system. Outboard bearings and E-type smooth rotors with rotor widths of 600mm and 800mm, driven by a reducer. The rotor knife is fixed on the rotor by a moving knife holder. The rotor knife adopts a square knife with a groove in the middle. The 4 corners of the rotor knife can be used alternately, and each knife can be used 4 times continuously. The ultra-low speed of 60rpm combined with the compact design of the shredder itself makes it even quieter when shredding blocks. The plug-and-play intelligent control system guarantees that the equipment is ready at any time and place. Compared with other large shredders, LS series has a small footprint, flexible movement, and more convenient and fast maintenance.

PS Series of Pipe Shredder
The main focus of the PS shredder isthe shredding of large diameter pipes or bundles of smaller pipes and profiles made from HDPE, PP and all kinds of PVC.
