The ACT series single screw extruder and pelletizing system, is a specialized and reliable system for high capacity recycling and re-pelletizing job of rigid plastic scraps. It is an efficiency and continuous system that makes rigid plastics, such as PP/PE/ABS/PS/PVB/PA flakes, regrinds, crushed plastics into granules again with melting, plasticization, vacuum degassing and filtration system.

Feeding
>>> To realize automatic feeding of plastic flakes, screw loader and screw feeder are equipped with ASE single screw extruder.
>>> As standard design, plastic flakes conveyed into the screw feeder by the screw loader, we can also install magnetic frame as optional in screw loader storage silo in case material with metal inside;
>>> Feeder motor is controlled by ABB inverter; level sensor which installed in the hopper of screw feeder help realize automatic feeding.
Plasticization And Degassing
>>> A specialized conical twin screw extruder applied to gently melt the crushed plastic scraps. Capacity range from 400-2000kg/h.
>>> Extrusion part consists of high torque gear-box, motor, screw&barrel, vacuum degassing system.
>>> Ceramic heater as standard heater installed on the barrel to heat and melt plastic scraps, air blower to cool the barrel. Optional infrared heaters, which is easy assembly and disassembly, faster heating and energy saving. More effective heat conduction. Longer service life.

Melt Filtration
>>> Plate type screen changer is suitable low MFI material such as HDPE pipe flakes, non-stop, low cost, screen changer diameter can be range from 120mm to Max 400mm.

>>> SCF non-mesh filter, no need change filter mesh,
automatic discharge impurities, continous working system high efficiency.
Pelletizing System
>>> For different materials and different usage scenarios, we can provide you different pelletizing systems.
>>> Die-face water ring pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method in ASE system. Pneumatic device to control the blades well touched on the die plate to ensure uniform pellets. RPM of rotatory blades is automatic based on melt extruding pressure.
