Pipe Extrusion Machine for UPVC/MPVC/CPVC 
Φ20-800 series PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used in manufacturing the pipe for agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. This line is composed by conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, cutter and stacker etc. The extruder and haul-off adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump and haul-off motors adopt high-quality brand. The haul-off methods are two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw etc. You may choose saw cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is additionally attached with the length counter and intensifying device.

Product feature:
1.Specified screw design of profile get better plasticizing and more stable extrusion; For high filling formula, screw of SKD61(Japan or Germany) imported material with alloy sleeve treatment barrel can guarantee perfect solution.
2.Swallowtail split flow support type extrusion mould can reduce joint line of the melt material, with large compression ratio design, pipe density will be higher and mechanical properties will be stringer.
3. Vacuum calibration tank adopts high-efficiency two chamber which bring fast cooling.
4. The haul-off adopts multi belt structure, the pipe suffers uniform stress and less deformation traction of more stable and reliable. It can make the stable traction for 20-1000mm pipe. Each traction belt can be independent controlled and mutual switch to meet the needs of different diameters.
5. Planetary cutter adopts mechanical and hydraulic feeding in option. It can realize synchronous precision cutting of pipe and chamfering function.
6. According to different applications of belling machine, U type, R type, and rectangular type can be provided.
