According to different material select different rotor
The EBS series shredders are single shaft shredders with a large internal volume. The redesigned hydraulic pusher system creates about 35% more space in the cutting chamber while increasing the power and speed of the ram itself. The machines are equipped with ACERETECH E type rotor with width ranging from 1000 to 2500 mm. As on the EMS machine the rotor is driven via an oversized gearbox.
The completely openable steel housing increases the stability and avoids material spillage. The EBS inherits all of the advantages of the ACERETECH knife and knife holder design as well as standard features such as outboard bearings, hydraulic screen cradle, it's easy maintain ability and advanced controls.
The EBS shredders have been designed with big volume parts such as IBCs, pallets and big barrels in mind. While it can be used for in house recycling in big volume blow moulding operations, it is also versatile enough to be used for general recycling in the plastic and wood industry. Additional wear-resistance parts are available, if necessary, for rigid and solid materials.

Hopper Special designed hopper to avoid material flying out. The machine is fitted with a large filling hopper and can be loaded by conveyor belt, fork lift, crane or wheel-loader. This funnel can be adapted to suit individual requirements and guarantees a continuous and economical supply of material.
Hydraulic Ram The hydraulically operated pusher feeds the material towards the cutter automatically by load-related controls. The hydraulic system is equipped with overflow valves and volumetric flow controls, which can be both set according to the demands of the input materials.
Rotor The rotor is made of seamless steel pips. The concave ground, aggressive and 4-way rotating knives are mounted in the grooves of the rotor. This enables a reduction of the cutting gap between the counter knives and the rotor and guarantees a high flow rate, low power consumption and maximum output of ground material.
Rotor Bearings The extremely robust pedestal bearing housings are mounted outside the machine and separate from the cutting chamber to prevent dust and dirt penetrating into the oversized bearings. This ensures a long life and minimum maintenance.
Screen The screen mounted beneath the rotor determines the size of the required flakes. The screen is also easily accessible by a separate flap and can be changed easily. The screen can be opened or closed hydraulically.
Drive Power is transmitted from the electromotors by a belt drive via an oversized gearbox which is located on the shaft end on one side of the rotor.
