This type plastic pellets production system desighed for hard pp hdpe ldpe crushed flakes specially,with features of energy saving ,stable performance , good plasticizing and cleaning and drying effection;
2. Specification of pp pe pellets production system :
|The ASE 100 compacting and pelletizing system combines function of plasticization and pelletizing to one step, applied in the plastics recycling and pelletizing process. ASE 100 is a reliable and efficiency solution for crushed regrinds or flakes of PE/PP/ABS/PS/HIPS/PC etc.|
Final productions produced by ASE 100 are in the form of pellets/ granules, can directly put into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion and plastics injection, etc.
Working steps of ASE 100compacting and pelletizing system
1. Feeding: as standard design, lumps or thick flakes after crushed conveyed into the extruder through screw loader. Motor drives of loading and hauling device cooperate with ABB inverter. Feeding speed of screw loader is fully automatic.
2. Plasticization and degassing: A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the material. The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in a 32D processing section. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.
3. Melt filtration: a regular single-plate/ piston double-station screen changer or non-stop double-plate/ piston four-station can be installed on head of extruder to present significant filtration performance. The requirements on the filter technology depend heavily on the quality of the input material as well as the planned use of granules.
4. Pelletizing: die-face water ring pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method in ASE system. Self-adjusting pelletizing head for the best granulate quality and long uptime thanks to consistently correct blades pressure. RPM of rotatory blades is automatic based on melt extruding pressure. Advanced dewatering vibration sieve combining with horizontal-type centrifugal dewatering present high performance dried pellets.

Process:the bulk maerials or thick flakes after crushed,conveyed into the single screw extruder by screw loader,then,compressing,plasticizing in the extruder and removed the violatile and moisture by the vacuum system,after filtering through the filtration system to pelletize into granules.Depends on different screw diameters of single screw extruders,capacity can cover 100 to 1500kg/h.

After sale service for the plastic pellets production system
1. Technical documents
All labels on PP PE pellets production system and lay-out drawings, Electrical diagram, User Manual, will be in English. We should send all necessary files to the buyer since the third week since project execution. All documents in hard copies should be also shipped with machines together.
2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a. After all machines are delivered to customer's factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
b. We will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of pp pe pellets production system installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.
c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 per day for each engineer.
d. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.
3. Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the pp pe pellets production system at port of destination. We will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12months since installation finished in buyer's factory.
During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide
